Day 33, Sunday

He continues to improve today. Sat up in a chair for 2 1/2 hours and although tired was feeling good. He still has some gas but I think that is after effects from the colonoscopy. I do believe he will move tomorrow to rehab. He wants to get started, promising to work as hard as he can, so he can come home. He's having moments of depression and I keep telling him that he has to have a positive attitude because he will heal faster if he does.
