He had such a full schedule of therapy today, I decided to stay home and watch our grandson Eric and then go see him tonight. He had a lot of activity today with therapy, removal of the Foley catheter and he has done well with it out. Sometimes you have to be retrained on empting your bladder but he did fine all day. Another exciting thing happened today, he got to take his first shower and he enjoyed it thoroughly. The simpliest things have such a profound effect on him. I doubt either one of us will ever take anything for granted again.
