Day 4 Saturday

Days are starting to blend together and I'm losing track of what has happened. My mind has become mush. So much information from doctors and nurses and trying so hard to process it. He shows signs of improvement each day, nothing significant but nothing worse. Lungs will continue to be a big concern and the hip and ankle as well. They are hoping most of the ribs will heal on their own. He now has a feeding tube which took 3 attempts to insert. Not a pleasant process and each time they had to take x-rays which means they have lift him, place the x-ray plate under him and it's so painful.
